This role is intended for an experienced recruitment consultant who has demonstrated technical skills, leadership skills and the ability to develop business. The purpose is to create and grow our recruitment department.  This is an opportunity to develop your own business unit in a thriving HR consultancy.

 

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Drive new business development by delivering solid sales activities

  • Prospect new clients using a strategic initiative

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle

  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies to find and engage the best candidates

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • 2+ years experience in sales and business development within the talent sourcing industry

  • Track record of regularly achieving sales targets

  • Ability to build long-term and trusted business relationships

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Computer and digital communication expertise

  • Must have reliable transportation
