Therese Van Es is a Human Resources Executive with 25 years of experience. Her passion is providing HR solutions for her clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through people and strategic vision. Prior to launching Ladder HR Solutions, Therese held several corporate HR leadership positions in logistics, manufacturing, IT, and professional services organizations. Therese is a skilled facilitator and has served as Professor of Performance Management. Passionate about creating change in the HR function, Therese mentors newly minted HR professionals. Therese graduated from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Business with the Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. She also holds an Honours Certification in Management and a diploma in Accounting. Therese enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and also considers herself a natural nutrition nut.

With 13 years of experience focusing on employee & manager coaching in addition to recruitment, she has steered many people in the direction of the goals they wished to achieve. Trish also has a background in life and career coaching, which essentially lead to the same outcome – goal attainment. Her passion is people and to help others reach their goals successfully. Ashton Sauer is an HR Manager at Ladder HR Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate certificate specializing in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College. With 9 years of experience in Human Resources Ashton is able to create policies that adhere to current legislation, create employee training programs, develop rewards and recognition programs, and offer advice on complex employee issues. Born and raised in London, Ontario, Ashton understands the issues effecting local businesses and offers creative solutions. In her spare time, she is busy raising her 3 young children while attempting not to eat all the chocolate. She gets it.

Sarah is excited to offer both out-of-the-box workshops and custom training for your organization's specific needs. Sarah is passionate about helping people and is pursuing certifications in the Mental Health space to bring greater awareness and support to workplaces across Canada! When not demonstrating her awesomeness with clients, Sarah can be found with her family travelling near, far and to adventurous locales and attempting to wrangle her 2-year-old Pomsky pup, Nala.

Allison Wilson is an HR Professional with experience working for small to mid-sized entrepreneurial environments, and large international organizations. The majority of her career experience was gained in Toronto, where she spent 15 years working in the Financial, B2B, and Media/Technology industries. Allison has a very calm and approachable personality, which has served her well when working through difficult and challenging situations. She is skilled in employee relations, organizational development, performance management, employer branding, and building the function of HR from the ground up. She has a compassionate, diplomatic, empathetic and well-rounded approach. Her ability to view any project or challenge from the employee, management and business perspective provides valuable insight into leadership. Allison also has a passion for holistic wellness; she is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Yoga Therapist. She is an advocate for employee wellness and believes happy and healthy employees are the most productive and engaged employees.
Ashley Rauzino is a Human Resources Generalist with 10 years of experience. One of her passions is recruiting. She is rewarded by the satisfaction of helping people land in the right job/career for them – one that will enable personal and professional growth. Ashley is very passionate about her work and has a very strong work ethic. While she takes her job seriously, she executes her tasks in an energic and friendly manner. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to work in such a rewarding career. Her interests include music, shopping and working out. During her spare time, you will find her taking a walk by the water and spending time with the people she loves.
Bukola Adeyanju (Abdulsalam) is a HR professional with a bachelor’s degree in Physics and an executive MBA from Paris Graduate School of Management. After starting her career in sales and marketing, Bukola’s passion for employee wellbeing brought her to HR to help design and develop employee wellbeing programs to foster a healthier and more cohesive work environment. She also developed a love for learning and development and has worked on several HR projects including designing a new performance appraisal system for an international organization. Bukola is a licensed financial advisor and when she is not crunching numbers, she can be found in her kitchen trying out new recipes.
Heather Casey is an executive associate with over 20 years of customer service and hospitality experience. She manages our office and utilizes her organizational and time management skills to keep everyone on track. Her passions include helping people find success, bringing joy to those around her, and advocating for children's mental health issues. She specializes in payroll, budgeting, accounting, and running a tight ship. After being home raising her daughters for 7 years, Heather has rejoined the workforce and brings a unique perspective to our team. At home, she enjoys baking, reading, and family bike rides. Her laughter and sense of humour are always welcome as she can brighten any space, only after her morning cup of tea of course!
Talent Acquisition Manager
Thomas brings over 10 years of Talent Acquisition Management experience encompassing both the public and private sectors to LadderHR. During his 20-years of service in the United States Navy, Thomas discovered his passion for people and helping them find their own career paths. Thomas has shown his own resolve by completing his MBA in Human Resource Management and becoming a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association where he continues to hone his skills through their Certified Human Resources Leader program. Thomas credits his success to his incredible family. His wife and daughter have been his biggest advocates and cheerleaders as they all have travelled with him through the adventures of service and education.

Jennifer Moniz has over a decade of HR experience ranging from working for global manufacturing companies, local Not for Profits, and small to medium-sized professional enterprises. Her passion is helping entrepreneurial businesses develop and scale their workforce to achieve rapid growth.
When Jennifer is not busy developing her HR career, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking road trips to explore Ontario’s beautiful small towns. During the pandemic, Jennifer took up gardening and has been growing her own vegetables for the past two summers. Jennifer is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog Dexter as well as visiting farms and attending wellness retreats.

Erin has served both federally & provincially regulated workplaces in various industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, health care, retail, and service. Erin also teaches at Conestoga College in the Human Resources Management and Occupational Health & Wellness programs.
Erin has 2 daughters, one is now adulting as a Paramedic in Sudbury and the other is discovering her passion for law at Wilfred Laurier University. She also has 2 dogs that keep her in shape with hiking, walking, and sometimes even running.
