
Position: Executive Director
Company: Argyle Business Improvement Association Board of Management
Location: London, Ontario
The Argyle Business Improvement Association is searching for their next, results focused Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role is the leader of the Argyle Business Improvement Association responsible for overseeing and delivering the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization.
Key responsibilities

Providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the Board to function properly and to make informed decisions

Identifying grant opportunities and other resources relevant to support the Argyle BIA's mission

Implementation of the Argyle BIA’s programs that carry out the organization’s mission

As the BIA spokesperson, establishing and maintaining relationships with various organizations throughout the city and province to strategically enhance the Argyle BIA’s Mission

Reviewing and approving contracts for goods and services

Assuming any roles relating to communications and administration as necessary, including roles and responsibilities not covered by other BIA staff members
Your qualifications

Relevant work history or College/University education in business and/or marketing preferred

Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in a marketing, fundraising, communications, and media relations

Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment to ensure that projects meet timelines and goals

Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
-
Management experience is an asset
