Allison Wilson, RHN

Registered Holistic Nutritionist/Yoga Teacher/ Yoga Therapist/Meditation Instructor

Sarah Angood is a well-rounded business professional with over 20 years of progressive HR experience across many diverse industries.  In addition to her CHRL and an Executive Coaching designation, Sarah is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach/Facilitator/Trainer and a Psychological Health & Safety Champion.  Sarah uses her professional and personal experiences to educate and support clients in breaking down barriers related to Mental Health and Psychologically healthy workplaces.  Through Workplace Wellness audits, manager and staff education and coaching and monitoring metrics directly related to Well workplaces, Sarah is strengthening client’s people, productivity and processes one well day at a time!

Allison is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Therapist. Allison graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Toronto), in 2017. She earned her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Modo Yoga in 2016. In June 2019 she graduated from Yoga Therapy Toronto as a Certified Yoga Therapist, earning her 1000-hour accreditation. She is a member of the IAYT. Allison found her passion for the healing power of yoga, nutrition and holistic health through her own practice, which started about 12 years ago. Because of her personal experience with the power of a consistent yoga practice and becoming present to the mind-body connection, Allison wanted to share these tools with others, and decided to change her career focus to incorporate health and wellness as part of her profession.

Amy Van Es

Founding Director, Memo

Amy Van Es teaches people how to the Internet. She spent the first decade of her career as a strategist, helping mainstream media and tech companies get more readers; and she's spending the second teaching those readers how to navigate online content. She's currently the Founding Director of Memo, a startup that promotes digital literacy through interactive tools and programming.

Bukola Adeyanju

Financial Advisor

Bukola has been working in the financial service industry for over 10 years. She has spent a good amount of that time in retail banking working with clients to provide solutions to their financial needs and questions. As a licensed financial advisor with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), Bukola is able to help individuals and families design and implement financial strategies to build, maintain and transfer their wealth to their next generation. She is currently also licensed in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Therese Van Es

President and Chief People Leader

Therese has a flair and passion for managing people’s time – hers and others! Using the principle taught by Franklin Covey she has provided time management tips to reduce stress to dozens of willing class participants.
