We have created a new role in our organization that is a unique blend of superior customer service and administrative tasks.
Assante Wealth Management is a well-established firm providing exceptional and trusted wealth planning advice to discerning clients. The Client Service/Administrative Associate is the face and voice of our brand to our clients, community, and external partners reflecting our values and ethics.

Our ideal candidate can use superior customer service skills to build and retain trusted client connections and loves to make a difference by coming up with creative and innovative techniques to improving our business. You understand the important role financial planning plays in making a difference in our clients’ lives by allowing them to spend more time doing the things they love.
Our Ask:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a direct client service role
-
3-5 years experience in the financial services or related industry is an asset
-
Preference given to those with Canadian Securities Course

Be the first point of contact for clients seeking services from Assante
-
Offer an assertive, confident presence to the company by being knowledgeable of our services and having the ability to answer client/potential client inquiries
-
Greet clients and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate colleague
-
Work with suppliers and coordinate the founding advisor, bookkeeping, and accountant relationship
-
Coordinate and track vacation, sick time, and professional development days

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times

You have an upbeat attitude and are passionate in delivering exceptional client experiences

A multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy

Proficient in MS Office suite and financial programs
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

Intuitive and proactive on the search for areas to improve while maintaining a positive client experience

Knowledgeable of business acumen and maintain a professional demeanor
Your Skills:

Skilled written communicator to develop content of marketing materials, newsletters and client correspondence

Attentive, proactive and accurate

Ability to follow detailed processes and manage multiple competing timelines

Detailed and proactive calendar management of all client appointments

Proven reasoning and problem solving skills

Team builder/team participant

Social media and technological expertise to plan, manage and participate in client and marketing events
