Position: Bookkeeping (Part-Time)

Ladder HR Solutions Inc. is searching for our next team member to join our growing team of bookkeepers! 


We are an HR Consultancy who also specializes in bookkeeping and payroll.  We offer a lifestyle business opportunity to our team members while focusing on the specific needs of our clients. We deliver client service with care, compassion, and compliance. This role is mostly remote, but does require a vehicle as there is occasional travel to client locations. 


Our position starts with casual hours with the potential of adding hours as our business grows. 


We are looking for a Bookkeeper with 3+ years' experience who: 

  • Can complete full-cycle bookkeeping with little supervision 

  • Can complete payroll and T-4’s 

  • Has a degree or diploma in accounting or bookkeeping 

  • Is extremely detail oriented 

  • Is proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new technology and software 

  • Has a vehicle as this role is mostly remote, but does require occasional travel to client locations
