Ladder HR Solutions Inc. is searching for a stellar Administrative Assistant to join our team! Enjoy a flexible work environment with remote work!

 

We are a team of dedicated, experienced professionals who enjoy learning and challenging each other. We offer our clients HR services as well as Payroll and Bookkeeping administration. This position has been created to assist the Office Manager with maintaining responsive administrative services and completing bookkeeping projects.

Our position starts with casual hours with the potential of adding hours as our business grows.

 

We are looking for a customer oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent telephone etiquette who:

  • Has completed high school (or equivalent)

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Has a professional demeanor and excellent grammar

  • Can respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner

  • Is interested in website maintenance

 

Responsibilities of our Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager

  • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks in Excel (no math skills are required!)

  • Answer client inquiries by telephone and email

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Draft emails, quotes, contracts, and other ad hoc business documents

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
